Site Useability
www.retailmenot.com is easy to navigate and very user friendly. For those unfamiliar with websites that provide coupon codes, they go so far as to offer a detailed explanation on how to use the codes and even provide a video tutorial. Additionally, there is a search function, where you can look for a code for something specific or can enter the word “Australia” for a list of codes applicable to Australian websites.
Customer Support
On the retailmenot “contact us” page, retailmenot.com offers an extensive list of answers to frequently asked questions. There is also a form that can be completed to email them with any queries not covered in the FAQ section.
Good Points / Bad Points
There are several good points to www.retailmenot.com. They offer a terrific service by providing a forum for users to share discount codes they have found, for various products and services available for purchase on the Internet. The fact that you can specifically search for Australian discounts on retailmenot is a major plus. One bad point, however, is that there is no filtering of the offers no longer available, so the fact that an offer is listed doesn’t mean it is going to work. Also the codes do not list expiry details.
