Roses.com.au Review
Roses.com.au and its sister internet site Fastflowers were created by teenager Jonathan Barouch whilst he was still in high school. The sites were launched in July 1999 and are now among the top websites for online flower sales in Australia and New Zealand. The flowers are sourced from florists in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and are delivered all across Australia and New Zealand. The Roses.com.au website as its name suggests specialises in floral arrangements of roses.
Site Useability
There is a range of different floral displays or single flowers on offer. Each item is accompanied by a photograph and a short description. The site also offers tips on such things as how to make your roses last longer and what the different rose colours mean. For example yellow means friendship whilst red means love, passion and respect.
For morning deliveries orders have to be placed on the day prior to delivery. For same day deliveries the order must be placed before 12am.
Accepted Payment Forms
They accept Visa, Mastercard and Diner’s Club cards.
Shipping Costs
The delivery fee is calculated when you place your order as it depends on the destination. Orders are either delivered by standard postal services such as Fedex, Australia Post or UPS, or by floral couriers.
Customer Support
Customer service can be contacted by email, telephone or by post.
